Wesley Davis: May 16, 1971 – Sept. 9, 2013. A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Sam Storey Sr. officiating.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. on Saturday prior to the service in the funeral home chapel.

Jackie W. Gilstrap: June 9, 1935 – Sept. 9, 2013. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with the Rev. Denise Beltzner officiating. Interment will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery.

Contributions may be made to Paralyzed Veterans—make donations to Seven Mill Brook Road, Wilton, NH 03086; or Calvary Children’s Home, 1430 Lost Mtn. Road, Powder Springs, GA 30127.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Eric M. Jergel: Aug. 30, 1962 – Sept. 7, 2013. A memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Thursday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Deacon Bruce Reed officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Eric may be made to his sons at any Suntrust Bank.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mary Rebecca "Becky" Jones: Nov. 2, 1922 – Aug. 30, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, at First United Methodist Church in Marietta with the Rev. Dr. Sam Matthews officiating.

The graveside service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, in Vienna City Cemetery. 

Contributions may be made to The Association of Retarded Citizens (ARC) of Cobb County.

Billy Donald Black: March 20, 1939 – Sept. 8, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Hollydale United Methodist Church, 2364 Powder Springs Road, Marietta, with the Rev. Leonard Akers and the Rev. David Wilson officiating.

Winnifred E. Campbell: Dec. 30, 1964 – Aug. 24, 2013. Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday, Sept. 14, at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.

The family will receive friends Saturday, Sept. 14, from 11 a.m. to noon at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.

Ashley Victoria Garland: Feb. 24, 1985 - Sept. 7, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, in the chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta, with the Rev. Ryan Lawson officiating. Interment will follow at 4 p.m at Greenlawn Cemetery in Union Point, with Pastor Bobby Bear officiating.
