Calvin "Pete" Caldwell: The 90-year-old of Powder Springs passed away Sept. 17, 2013. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Bellamy Funeral Home Powder Springs Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Bellamy and the Rev. Jeff Byrd officiating.  Interment will follow at Powder Springs Cemetery. 

Deena Panter: The 55-year-old of Dallas died Friday, Sept. 20, 2013. Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 23, at 2 p.m. at Bellamy Chapel Hiram.  Interment will be at Paulding Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Gene Evans officiating and Jessie Gates Speaker.

The family will receive visitors at the funeral home Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m.

Mayes Ward Dobbins Funeral Home & Crematory

C.W. "Bill" Maloney: Dec. 22, 1921 – Sept. 6, 2013. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. The Rosary will be said at 4 p.m.

Contributions may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society, 2050-C Chamblee Tucker Road, Atlanta, GA 30341; or M.U.S.T. Ministries, 55 Elizabeth Church Road NE, Marietta, GA 30060.

Inez McClure Thompson: Aug. 23, 1918 – Sept. 20, 2013. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with the Rev. Jack Gillespie officiating. Interment will be in Cheatham Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Marietta.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to East Cobb United Methodist Church, 2325 Roswell Road, Marietta, GA 30062. 770-971-3643.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday prior to the service.
