Paul Justin Oliver: March 30, 1984 – Sept. 24, 2013. A celebration of Paul’s life will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church in Powder Springs. The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the service.

Joan Hawkins Gilcrest: Oct. 27, 1939 – Sept. 26, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, in the chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta, with the Rev. Trentis “Butch” Wilson officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from noon until the service.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.
