Update: Cobb Cancels Mattie's Call for Marietta Woman
She was located by uniform patrol officers from Precinct 3.

Cobb police have canceled a Mattie's Call for a 71-year-old Marietta woman who had not been seen since Thursday night.
Rosa Balsinde was last seen at 9:30 p.m. Thursday at her residence in the 1500 block of Bellemeade Drive. Family members were worried when she didn't return because Balsinde's mental state has started to deteriorate, Officer Mike Bowman with the Cobb County Police Department said.

Hours after issuing a Mattie's Call this morning, "Balsinde was located by uniform patrol officers from Precinct 3 and is reported to be in good health and spirits," Bowman said this afternoon in a statement. "She was released back into the care of family members."

Rosa Balsinde was last seen at 9:30 p.m. Thursday at her residence in the 1500 block of Bellemeade Drive, Officer Mike Bowman with the Cobb County Police Department said in a statement.
She has not been officially diagnosed with a medical condition, but her mental state has started to deteriorate, he said.
Balsinde is described as a 5-foot-4, 120-pound Hispanic female. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information regarding Balsinde is asked to call 911.
