Marietta Men Arrested in East Cobb Fast Food Robbery

The incident took place at a Taco Bell on Roswell Road Thursday.

Cobb Police have arrested two suspects in connection with the armed robbery of a Taco Bell restaurant in East Cobb Thursday.

Sgt. Dana Pierce said in a release that Terry Lee Magby III, and Jalen M. Smith, both 20 and both from Marietta, are being held without bond in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.

Police said two males entered the Taco Bell at 2169 Roswell Road wearing masks and armed with a handgun. They demanded money and after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, left in a red 4-door Acura Vigor.

Pierce said a witness in the Taco Bell parking lot recorded the car's license plate number and contacted police.

Cobb Police SWAT members located the vehicle near the residence of the vehicle's registered owner, Pierce said.
