Murder Suspect Was on Probation

The man alleged to have killed his girlfriend in early Sunday morning was out of prison on probation at the time of the shooting.

According to a report in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Trevor Nuckles, 21, had spent time in jail and was serving three years of probation after pleading guilty in Cobb County Superior Court in April 2011.

After its successful debut last year, the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and 12 business associations in the county will be holding the on Wednesday at the Cobb Civic Center. 

The Northeast Cobb Business Association is once again participating in the Summer J.A.M., which is slated from 5 to 8 p.m.
