Rowe Pleads Not Guilty

The 52-year-old Powder Springs man accused of killing his wife and setting her house on fire in January made the plea during an arraignment Friday, the Marietta Daily Journal reports.

Michael Rowe, a 52-year-old Powder Springs man until she died and setting her house on fire, pleaded not guilty Friday, the Marietta Daily Journal reports.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty if Rowe is convicted of killing Kathy Robertson Rowe, 55, according to the MDJ.

Fire crews arrived to the house on Ponderosa Lane in the early morning of Jan. 24 to find it fully engulfed in flames. Kathy Rowe's body was found in a back bedroom.
