Teen Immigration Hold Follows Traffic Stop
Andrea Escarlette Gutierrez, 19, was pulled over about 8 p.m. Tuesday at East-West Connector and Powder Springs Road.
Andrea Escarlette Gutierrez, 19, was booked into the Cobb County jail Tuesday on an immigration hold after a traffic stop.
As a result of the stop about 8 p.m. at East-West Connector and Powder Springs Road, the Powder Springs resident was also charged with no license and failing to yield while pulling into the road, jail records show.
