Maria Ericka Garcia Contreras, 32, is being held on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer at the Cobb County jail after being pulled over Tuesday.
Contreras, of Palomino Drive in Powder Springs, was cited for not stopping at a stop sign and a seat belt violation after being pulled over at the intersection of Pinto Drive and Mustang Drive by , jail records show.
