Warrant: Man Visits Children, Steals Woman's Car

When a Powder Springs man went to a woman's Muirwood Place residence to visit his children last week, Cobb police said he had other plans in mind.

"The victim fell asleep and when she woke the accused was gone," police said. "She also discovered that the keys to her vehicle and the vehicle as well as her cell phone and bank card were all gone."

A warrant was issued for Turner's arrest on July 16. He faces two theft by taking charges.
