Cobb County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Nancy Bodiford said this afternoon that the suspect's file was suppressed because of his age, which she did not release.

According to District Attorney Vic Reynolds, because of the aggravated child molestation charge, the case must start in Cobb County Superior Court, and it could ultimately be prosecuted there.

"But until we get the file and have time to review it, we can’t say whether it will be prosecuted here or sent down to juvenile court," said Kim Isaza, Reynolds' spokeswoman.
