Video: Neal Sworn In to 2nd Term
The councilwoman began her second four-year term on Powder Springs' legislative body Tuesday night.
Rosalyn Neal was sworn in to her second term as Powder Springs' at-large Post 1 councilwoman Tuesday night by Cobb County Superior Court Judge James Bodiford.
She was first elected in 2007 and was re-elected in November's elections .
