Community Unites on Lovinggood's Lawn

The middle school's Fellowship of Christian Athletes program hosted an event consisting of live entertainment, food, games, a movie and more.

Lovinggood Middle School's Fellowship of Christian Athletes program hosted Lovinggood on the Lawn on Friday evening.

In its fifth year, Lovinggood on the Lawn welcomes more than 1,000 people from the community to enjoy live entertainment, food, games and a movie on the lawn of Lovinggood Middle School. All proceeds from the event go towards the FCA and the school.

This year, the FCA invited God's Warriors, a religious strong-man group, and Christian rapper John the Baptist for entertainment. The event also featured the film Hometown Legend on a giant, inflatable screen after dusk. Vendors included Johnny's Pizza, Chick-fil-a and Yogli Mogli.
