The Cobb County Public Library System is hosting a series of seminars presented by the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL). These sessions will be held at the Powder Springs Library on Tuesdays in October at 11 a.m. They are free and open to the public; registration is not required. The library is located at 4181 Atlanta Street in Powder Springs.
The seminars are designed for job seekers and will address issues like federal training programs, employee benefits and rights, social media, résumés, salary negotiations, and emerging employment trends. There will be time for questions and answers after the presentations.
