Powder Springs Elementary Students Given Free Books

More than 800 youngsters had their choice of literature on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, more than 800  students were given free books, the result of  that saw 2,500 total books donated. The Powder Springs Woman's Club and the South Cobb Kiwanis Club distributed the books, which were collected from around Powder Springs and Cobb County. The remaining books will be given to other area students.
