Police in Rhode Island have confirmed a vehicle was found in the water of a shipyard early this morning.

Junior High Put on 'Hard Lockdown'
An Illinois junior high school was on "hard lockdown" Friday after an intruder reportedly entered the building. About 1,300 students were being held inside their classrooms.
