Our Synagogue & Religious School is finally in our new Marietta Home

Cobb County today issued the Certificate of Occupancy that will allow us to conduct services, Religious School and other activities in our first permanent location, 1349 Old Hwy 41, Suite 220, Marietta GA 30060.

Cobb County today issued the Certificate of Occupancy that will allow us to conduct services, Religious School and other activities in our first permanent location, 1349 Old Hwy 41, Suite 220, Marietta GA 30060 (Just East of the Kennesaw Mt. Visitor Center in the Kennesaw Mountain Business Park) and convenient to I-75.

Our first service in the new location was held this evening. To learn about other scheduled services and our Religious School programs, sign up for our e-newsletter at www.mynertamid.org or attend our Open House on Sunday, August 10 form 10am-12pm.

Congregation Ner Tamid, a Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) member, established in 2006, has held services and religious school in various West Cobb locations and has just moved into its own space in the Kennesaw Mountain Business Park. Its Religious School follows the Institute of Southern Jewish Life curriculum.

Weekly Religious School classes PreK-Grade12, including Hebrew in the upper grades, Confirmation and B’nai Mitzvah. Congregation membership not required the forst year of Religious School.

Jewish High Holy Day services are open to all and begins on Wednesday evening September 24. Cost to non-congregants is $90.
