Using Goju Karate as a foundation, Cobb Martial Arts holds classes that combine the techniques of Karate, Judo, Aikido and Japanese Jiu Jitsu. Additionally, escape techniques are incorporated.
Classes are available for children, men, and women of various skill levels. Cobb Martial Arts also offers free Women's Self Defense and Senior Self Defense Seminars once a month. We also offer Turbo Kick and Zumba Classes!!!
