What Would Gwynneth Do?

Not sure what I was hoping to get from mastering the exercise video other than sore and broken, though it served as a motivator and I have every faith that one sweet day, my jeans will fit again.

Busy Is As Busy Does

Busy becomes this black hole that abducts us away from the land of availability. I've been reminded though that every one's busy. They're just not so inclined to have to shout it from the rooftop.

My Feet Ache

Even when I fail miserably, I think of how very lucky I am. To find something about what I am doing that has value and structure and purpose. To remember that I am deliberate.
