First of all, I pass this unfinished development everyday and I've had enough of it. I propose that it be used to house a bus transit station or terminal for powder springs. Kinda like a park and ride lot. It could possibly revitalise bus usage along powder springs rd and provide a connection to the Powder Springs GRTA express service.
