He'll be here May 21.
Kennesaw State University's first head football coach will be in West Cobb. Brian Bohannon will speak at the May 21 West Cobb Business Association Luncheon, which will be held at Lost Mountain Baptist Church. Networking begins at 11:15 a.m., followed by lunch and Bohannon's speech from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $15 for members of the association and $20 for guests. The luncheon is billed as a "meet and greet" with Bohannon, who was hired nearly two months ago. Since that March 24 announcement, he has hired five staff members for the Owls' inaugural season in 2015. Visit http://www.westcobbbusiness.com/events.html#luncheon for more information about the luncheon. Related content

Henry Lust says the aim for him and his staff will be to put students ahead a grade level.
When Henry Lust retired after 35 years with IBM, where he assumed several different roles, he wanted to keep working while doing something that positively affects the community. “I didn’t want to be bored,” said the 58-year-old Powder Springs resident, a member of the West Cobb and South Cobb business associations. “I wanted to do something that was entrepreneurial but with an impact, and education has always been dear to me because I came out of a poor background.” That drive led Lust to open the Tutoring Center of Powder Springs, a 1,000-square-foot space in the Publix shopping center at the corner of Sailors Parkway and New Macland Road. The Cobb Chamber is set to host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the business on Thursday, June 28 at 11…
