Readers' Choices for Sweet Tea

Readers Choose West Cobb Diner for Tea

The Barrett Parkway restaurant is this week's Readers' Choice winner.

West Cobb Patch readers this week picked the West Cobb Diner as their favorite place for sweet tea. In this week's Readers' Choice poll, the restaurant gained 51 percent of the vote for first place, Chick-fil-A's 24 percent earned it second, and Johnny's Steaks & Barbecue came in third with 13 percent. Thank you to all the restaurants and readers for participating, voting and commenting. Readers' Choices for Latin American Food

Just in case you leave Powder Springs, now you'll know the best places for Latin flavors throughout the area.

You really like La Parrilla and Los Reyes. That’s one clear lesson from our quest to find Patch readers’ choices for the best Latin American food in the suburbs north and west of Atlanta. Among the Patches in Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow, Paulding and Douglas counties, readers chose four La Parrilla and two Los Reyes locations as the best Mexican or Latin American cuisine in town. Two Patches, Kennesaw with Papi’s Cuban & Caribbean Grill and East Cobb with Botekim Brazilian Bistro, did choose non-Mexican Latin restaurants to add a little spice to our menu of great places to eat.
